VirtuDrop is a delivery service operated by VirtuForms Ltd, built from the ground up to serve business clients who need reliable, scheduled delivery without the unpredictability of ad-hoc courier services.
We are not a general public courier. Every client is a business, and every delivery follows a structured process — from order submission to pickup to delivery confirmation.

Delivery Zones
Central, East, West and South — covering the major business areas of Trinidad.
Starting Rate
Same zone delivery from just TTD $40 per package. Cross zone at $50.
Day Delivery Cycle
Standard deliveries completed within 1–2 cycles from date of pickup.
Daily Cut-Off
Orders submitted by 8:00 PM are queued for the next delivery cycle.
Unique Client Delivery Links
Every business client gets their own link. Customers fill in their details directly — no manual order entry needed from the client.
Zone-Based Scheduling
Deliveries are grouped by zone and run on scheduled days, keeping routes efficient and timelines predictable.
WhatsApp Confirmation
Proof of delivery is sent via WhatsApp message. Customers also receive a tracking link after submitting their order.
Fast Remittance
Online payments remitted the same evening. Cash returned on a weekly basis.
How we operate
Every business client receives a unique VirtuDrop delivery link. When you share that link with a customer, they fill in their name, phone number, delivery address and payment details — and the order is automatically attached to your account.
Our system detects the delivery zone from the address or Google Maps pin provided, assigns the appropriate rate, and queues the order for the next scheduled pickup and delivery cycle.
Admin reviews each order before confirming, ensuring accuracy before a driver is assigned. You and your customer can both track the delivery status in real time — no login required for customers.
Remittance is handled promptly — online payments are transferred the same evening, and cash collected on delivery is returned weekly.

Standard Delivery
Zone-based scheduled delivery for regular business orders. Same zone deliveries are TTD $40 per package. Cross zone deliveries are TTD $50. Delivered within 1–2 cycles from pickup based on your assigned zone schedule. Orders must be submitted by 8:00 PM daily.
Priority Same-Day
An urgent delivery option for situations where a scheduled collection was missed and the item needs to be handled before the next cycle. Subject to route availability — not guaranteed. Contact us to confirm whether it can be accommodated and to receive a quoted price.
