Two paths,
one system
The same delivery connects a business client and their customer. Select your role to see your side of the journey.
Create your VirtuDrop business account. Once registered, your account is set up and you receive access to your client dashboard.
Every business client receives their own unique VirtuDrop link — for example virtuforms.net/virtudrop/delivery-form.html?business=your-business. This link is permanently tied to your account.
All orders — whether submitted by your customers through your link or entered manually through your dashboard — must be confirmed by 8:00 PM daily to be included in the next delivery cycle.
Each order is reviewed by the VirtuDrop team before a driver is assigned. The zone is confirmed or corrected if needed, and the order is added to the delivery schedule.
Packages are collected either the same evening after order confirmation, or the following morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Packages must be ready by 10:00 AM or they move to the next cycle.
Deliveries are grouped by zone and completed within 1–2 delivery cycles from the date of pickup. Specific delivery times are not accommodated — all deliveries run within the scheduled window for that zone and day.
Once delivery is confirmed you receive the package amount minus the delivery fee. Online payments are remitted the same evening. Cash collected on delivery is returned weekly.
Your seller shares a unique VirtuDrop link with you. Clicking it opens a delivery form that is already tied to that business — no need to search for them or enter their details.
Enter your name, phone number, and delivery address. You can share your location in two ways:
- Paste a Google Maps link or use your current location — the system detects your zone automatically
- Enter your address manually — street name and area are required
Let the form know whether you will be paying cash on delivery, or whether you have already paid the seller online. This ensures the driver knows what to collect at your door.
After submitting your order you receive a unique tracking link via WhatsApp. Click it any time to see your delivery status — no account or password needed.
On your scheduled delivery day the driver will reach out to confirm they are on the way. Please ensure you or someone is available to receive the package.
Once your package is delivered, the seller receives a WhatsApp confirmation. Your tracking link will show your order as Delivered.
Key policies
that keep things fair
A few important rules that apply to every delivery.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels before the driver attempts delivery, no charge applies. Please notify us as early as possible so the route can be adjusted.
Returns
Returns are treated as a full standard delivery, charged at the applicable zone rate. Returns run on scheduled days only — not on-demand.
Package Limits
Maximum weight is 25 lbs per package. Oversized items are not accepted. Contact us before submitting if you are unsure.
Route Planning
Routes are planned in advance and cannot be adjusted for last-minute changes. Specific delivery times are not accommodated for standard deliveries.
