VirtuDrop charges based on zone coverage:

  • Same Zone Delivery — TTD $40 per package. Pickup and drop-off are within the same delivery zone.
  • Cross Zone Delivery — TTD $50 per package. Pickup and drop-off are in different zones.
All prices are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).
Is there a pickup fee?

No — pickup is completely free. We offer free pickup for all deliveries with no minimum quantity required.

Whether you're sending 1 package or 100 packages, there is no collection fee. Pickup is always included.
What is Priority Same-Day delivery and how much does it cost?

Priority Same-Day is an urgent delivery option for situations where a scheduled collection was missed and the item needs to be delivered before the next cycle.

It is not a standard service and is subject to route availability on the day.

Priority Same-Day is not guaranteed. Contact us before 8:00 AM to check availability and receive a quoted price.
Do you offer monthly plans or volume discounts?

Yes — we offer three recurring monthly logistics plans for consistent business clients:

  • Bronze — 20 deliveries/month at $38 per drop (TTD $760/month)
  • Silver — 50 deliveries/month at $36 per drop (TTD $1,800/month)
  • Gold — 100 deliveries/month at $34 per drop (TTD $3,400/month)

Orders & Pickups
What is the daily order cut-off time?

All orders must be submitted by 8:00 PM daily to be included in the next delivery cycle.

Orders submitted after 8:00 PM are automatically scheduled for the following delivery day cycle.

Submit early to ensure your order is picked up and delivered as quickly as possible.
What happens if my order is submitted after 8:00 PM?

Any order submitted after the 8:00 PM cut-off is automatically moved to the next available delivery cycle. It will not be processed the same night.

You will be notified and your order will be queued for the next scheduled pickup window.

What package sizes and weights are accepted?

The following limits apply to all deliveries:

  • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per package
  • Oversized items: Not accepted

What items cannot be delivered?

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, flammables, explosives)
