Delivery Rates

Standard Delivery

Per-package rates based on delivery area. Standard deliveries take 1–2 business days on scheduled routes.

MOST COMMON

Primary Area Delivery

$40 per package

Delivery to listed primary areas across Central, South, East, and West Trinidad. Delivered within 1–2 days from pickup on scheduled delivery days.

Extended Area Delivery

$50 per package

Delivery to listed extended areas. These routes remain scheduled, but carry the extended area rate.

Pickup is free when collecting 5 or more packages. Pickups of 4 packages or fewer cost TTD $20. Parcels can also be dropped at our office for free.

Standard delivery is completed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed and scheduled.
Pickup Structure

How Pickups Work

Packages are collected on your scheduled pickup day within the morning window.

Pickup Schedule

Pickup is conducted on scheduled days only and is available in primary and extended zones.
The pickup window runs between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on your assigned collection day.
Packages must be ready before collection. Late or unavailable packages are moved to the next scheduled pickup day.
Pickup timing within the window is determined by route efficiency — not by individual request.

Deliveries are zone-based and run on scheduled days — not on-demand.

Each zone has assigned delivery days. Your order is delivered on the next available scheduled day for your zone after pickup.
Specific delivery times within a scheduled day are not accommodated. All deliveries run within the zone's assigned window for that day.
Priority Same-Day service is available only by discussion and quote.
