Standard Delivery

Per-package rates based on zone coverage. Orders must be submitted by 8:00 PM daily.

Same Zone Delivery

$40 per package

Pickup and drop-off within the same delivery zone. Delivered within 1–2 days from pickup on your zone's scheduled delivery days.

Cross Zone Delivery

$50 per package

Pickup and drop-off across different zones. Delivery follows the schedule of the destination zone.

How Pickups Work

Packages are collected on your scheduled pickup day within the morning window.

Pickup Schedule

Pickup is conducted on scheduled days only — not on-demand or upon request.
The pickup window runs between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on your assigned collection day.
Packages must be ready before collection. Late or unavailable packages are moved to the next scheduled pickup day.
Pickup timing within the window is determined by route efficiency — not by individual request.

Deliveries are zone-based and run on scheduled days — not on-demand.

Delivery Timeline

Deliveries are completed within 1–2 days from the date of pickup, subject to your zone's scheduled delivery day.
Each zone has assigned delivery days. Your order is delivered on the next available scheduled day for your zone after pickup.
Specific delivery times within a scheduled day are not accommodated. All deliveries run within the zone's assigned window for that day.
Orders submitted after the 8:00 PM cut-off are queued for the following delivery cycle and will be picked up on the next scheduled pickup day.
